At Dvorak Botanicals, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us at support@dvorakbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with the carrier or file a claim with them directly.
