At Dvorak Botanicals, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available in your area)

💡 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States, but due to state laws, we do not ship to the following states:

    • Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, South Dakota, Wyoming

  • 💡 Note: These restrictions may change at any time without notice based on evolving state laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to check your local laws before purchasing.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Dvorak Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier before reaching out to us.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact support@dvorakbotanicals.com, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@dvorakbotanicals.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.


Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email support@dvorakbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.


Shipping Times & Refunds

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.


Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • Dvorak Botanicals is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including but not limited to lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • If an issue arises, customers must file a claim with the carrier.


Age Verification

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products in your state.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet legal requirements.
